Botox® for Correction of Vertical Neck Bands

Neck bands : (Platysma muscle)

These are the vertical neck bands that bulge out when you tighten up your neck or turn your head side to side. They become more prominent as we age and can often be a tell tale sign of our chronological age. As we age these bands tighten up as they try to support the structural changes of the falling jowls, and double chin. By injecting these bands with Botox, the neck bands will relax and give the overall look of the neck a more youthful appearance. These bands also integrate into the muscles that cause the downward pull of the corners of the mouth (marionette lines), therefore by treating the neck bands will also help prevent a sad look.
